This is truly a great game. It may be a little daunting at first due to the incredible detail in the game, but stick with it for a couple of seasons and once you've got the hang of it it's very rewarding.
The community is very friendly and helpful for newbies, they've even recently developed a 'Mentor' system where a veteran of the game is assigned to you and will personally answer any questions you might have, and help you out.
Be careful though, this game may take over your life :D

dont join this game whatever u do. the admin are the worst u will ever come across, they ban u for anything, even a little joke and they are a bit gay

Formula 1 Team Manager is one of the bests online sports i have ever played...
Not just the gaming environment... everything is just incredible... u get to chat and be in contact with the administrator and mods...
thats an added bonus and they do really care about ur suggestions...
Hats off to Formula1 Team Manager..

This Game is incredibly good and in depth, you go from bein a rookie to being able to manage the greatest team in F1 dependin on how u strategise and budget. Best online game i have ever found

An amazing game that gets more indepth and realistic every single day. The fact that no race is ever the same maks it much more intriuging. Overall a great game that deserves to be played by any F! entusiast, if you're not playing F1-Tm, then you really don't know what you're missing. It's creater, although having long work days still manages to update the game, and make it more and more interesting

This is a GREAT game with a great playerbase. The players are awesome to talk to on the chat and the owner is just as awesome. All you need is patience and this game can be very fun. The guide written up can help you loads the first 3 days and there are helps for everything so you won't get lost while trying to play. So please try out this game and see what its like. Garuntee you'll like it if your patient and especially if your a racing fan.

A very good game, ignore the few posts below these are from spiteful players who have been banned for cheating/being a pr**k. This is a great turn based F1 management game with many areas to improve your team to take it to the top. With several recent additions the game has become even better. If you like competitive turn based games you will like it. However if you are an F1 fan you will love and you are missing out and should join us now.

It's sad to see that the socially underdeveloped clowns who had themselves banned for various infractions, have taken to bashing the internets best F1 game. Do not allow these grey-matter sharing fools hide you from the truth. This game is in depth, addictive and constantly updated by a man who has cod liver oil for blood. It also boasts one of the best online game communities you'll find anywhere. So race fans come check it out. Rated 10/10!!

This game is rubbish stay away at all costs!!! This game has made barely any development since i have been lost and due to its prat of a owner it has lost many valuble memebers!!!

OK, i actually take that back ..... The reason i said that was because i'm being spiteful over some decision that went against me. I was wrong to deny a great game thanks to a personal feud with myself. F1-TM deserves to be played, for the friends, for the fun, for the atmosphere.

Play this game if you enjoy a challange and have even a vague intrest in motor racing it's for you. Ignore the first season use it to get used to the gameplay somepeople sign up then dont log back on meaning you have some league inactivity. but get through this 1st season (only 15 days) and you enter the competative world. Remember unlike me research next years car and sign sponsers early! Alan is the name and F1-TM is for sure the game!

I've been playing F1-TM for months now and I still enjoy it just as much each day as I ever had. The games constant development continues to provide fresh strategic challenges and the games scope and depth are excellent.
Whether your trying to find the perfect direction to take next seasons car, or going blow-for-blow with your opponents in a psychological battle of pit strategies it's great fun. The community is great, with lots of friendly and helpful users.
I strongly recommend anyone with a faint interest in F1 and turn-based strategy games should try their hand at this. F1-TM's more than just a game, it's an addiction!

This is a brilliant game that every formual 1 fan should paly! It allows you to control your own formula 1 team and decide everything from drivers to what to develop on the car. A must for every f1 nut!

Great online game. I have only been playin for a week and i find it very fun. Proving that, although the game is farely complicated and incredibly detailed, it is not really that difficult. what is more difficult however, is becoming good at the game. So far, I'm loving it!

This game sucks arse. It gives rewards to players for writing reviews on this site. Hence why most other comments are positive.
There's nothing intuitive about the user interface, the race weekend isnt well designed and most of the time I haven't a clue as to wtf is going on...

This is a good free F1 manager simulator which is continually being improved and upgraded. User interface is simple and understandable with extensive help files available.
Players and game staff are friendly and always do their best to assist new players when possible.

I was surfing the net looking at what games were out there surrounding F1. To my surprise I found F1-TM. What a great and addictive game. If you love your F1 and you like stratgey then this game is a must. Since I have been playing this game, which amounts to a couple of months now, it has never been boring. This game is has depth, but is not difficult to play. The variables in the game allow for various outcomes. The game also is constantly improving. The tech support behind the game never stops and improvements are always coming online, which increasing the fun and palyability. There is a list of ongoing improvements which will only make the game even more enjoyable and fun to play. The founder of this game is passionate about F1 and in particular this game. He knows where this game is right now and where he is leading it. I look forward to playing this game on a daily basis, it's that good. So if you want an F1 game which is fun, enjoyable and is capable of engaging your brain then play this one.....got to go, I have an engine which needs improving, tighten a few nuts and check out my pit babes....lol
